**A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Counsels and provides partnership to employees and all levels of management across the full spectrum of employee relations matters in alignment with our practices, policies, and local labor legislation.
- This work includes proactive workplace initiatives and strategies; workplace investigations and internal reviews; performance improvement and discipline processes; end of employment/restructuring; labor relations; crisis management; and, general employee relations coaching and conflict resolution.
- Develops and leads proactive employee and labor relations strategies to contribute to a positive work environment by leveraging data, addressing areas of opportunity and minimizing risk.
- Plays key leadership role in restructuring initiatives, resulting in employee transitions.
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
**Nice to Have**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or similar
- Experience of 5 years in Human Resources for medical industry
- Experience of 3 years in labor relations or similar position
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of the Labor Federal Law
- Knowledge of the Labor Reforms
- Knowledge in labor investigations
- Customer Services
Main Goal: It is responsible for the daily execution of services related to labor relations in coordination with the Human Resources department, supervisors, and leaders of the plant, ensuring proactive compliance with laws, policies and regulations, providing preventive solutions.
