Our team is responsible to improve the impact of global initiatives and curriculum by embedding it in the field, leveraging SMEs, peer to peer learning and strong regional partnerships.As a key member of the Field Enablement and Excellence Team, you'll support our Value Chain through Discover: sharing with collaborators opportunities for enablement locally to improve the impact of global initiatives and curriculum by embedding it in the field, bringing to bear SMEs, peer to peer learning and strong regional partnerships.**Main Responsibilities**- Work closely with Enablement Business Partners to **understand needs of the business and serve as an authority on catalog of content**:- Be a **power-user **in all internally-used products and tools- **Lead operations **of in-region programs:- Handle registration, learner tracking, learner invites, Slack channels- Run survey analyses and CSAT tracking- Data and reporting- **Source data and provide analysis **on trends and insights that support quarterly enablement planning process- **Build and maintain relationships **with collaborators inside and outside of Global Enablement to ensure strong cross-functional partnership- Target Skills/Experience- Strong curiosity about facilitating and leading in-person enablement sessions and/or 1-2 years experience.- Ability to use multiple communication channels in an impactful manner to convey key messages to collaborators across the organization.- Become catalog an uthority with ability to identify and propose solutions to regional teams and achieve desired outcomes- Ability to quickly build positive relationships and work effectively with cross-functional colleagues- Self-motivated, accountable, diligent and resourceful- Use internal tools to supervise, report and analyze performance of programs- Change oriented.
