Engagement Manager

**Preference**
- A person having experience of working as an engagement manager for Indian IT services organization, speaks English and Spanish fluently **OR**:

- A person from Mexican origin, having experience of working as an engagement manager for Indian IT services organization, speaks English and Spanish fluently.
- Experience in Media & Telecom domain business.

**High level Roles & Responsibilities**
- Embed and work very closely with Customer organization/account for growing the existing service lines. Work on mining the account for more opportunities in the existing and other divisions of customer organizations to enhance business growth.
- Meet the revenue targets for the account.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. CSAT Index - Ensure Coverage, Response rate of >80%, CSAT Average of 4.5 & above
- Onsite attrition - Timely completion of appraisals for onsite engineers, engaging them.
- Timeliness of alerts/intelligence for business growth/retention.
- Act as the onsite bridge for all offshore engineers to enable them understand requirements unambiguously for turning around proposals & deliver projects successfully.
- Build strong relationship with customers to ensure business continuity and business growth.

Pay: $5,713.60 - $18,472.60 per month
