You will have the chance to be involve with different departments (Quality, Planning, Manufacturing, Production, Engineering) to ensure the validations of the products.**How You'll Help us Connect The World**:It is responsible for procuring support activities for the transfer of processes, products and plastic injection molds and that they meet the specifications and requirements of the Customer, Engineering and Quality at the appropriate cost and aligning with the principles and requirements of EH&S and CPI.To request, follow-up, closing and implementation of MCO for the transfer of plastic injection molds to or from Praderas plant.- Responsible for the documentation required in TNAM procedures applicable to each project.- Coordination of pilot runs or evaluation of new processes, products and/or plastic injection moulds.- Responsible for selection of equipment and machinery for manufacturing processes.- Responsible for coordinating project planning: layout, flow diagrams, PFMEA process analysis, safety stock requirements and available production capacity.- Responsible for the validation of cost estimation of molded plastics in SAP system.- Fulfillment of the goals and objectives of productivity, quality and cost.- Participation in equipment or process improvement projects for plastic injection processes and Kaizen events as required at Commscope's Ciudad Juárez Campus.- Ensure that the processes meet the specifications and quality requirements. Compliance with the procedures and instructions of TL9000.- Preparation of reports and project presentations.- This position/function must be responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health and Environment management system, its Policy, and the applicable standards and procedures.**Authority**:Have the authority to immediately stop a Process or Activity if I consider that there is a Security risk to my physical integrity or to any person within the company when carrying out any activity, also when detecting risks that affect the Quality, Functionality of the product, process and/or provision of a Service.
