Engineer I, Manufacturing Engineering

The Manufacturing Engineer it's responsible in supporting all aspects involving manufacturing process engineering, it also includes setting preventative maintenance for process machinery, process documentation and these processes must assure Environmental Compliance at the Matamoros facility. Responsibilities include city, state and federal environmental compliance, ISO 13485 compliance, process maintenance and improvement.

Follows up policies and procedure to ensure compliance with all city, state, and federal environmental requirements.

Follows up on policies and procedures to ensure facilities & production are compliant with all ACM ISO 13485 requirements.

Supports on projects and programs to improve the production process by increasing labor efficiency and reducing scrap.

Performs activities to increase production volume at the plant, including product line transfers and new product implementations.

Performs Engineering Change Orders in order to maintain existing or create new product configurations, machines, and tooling.

Complies with all ACM & ASI quality system requirements for ISO 13485 and FDA GMP regulations.

Works in a team environment, accomplishing any other duties as required by the company.

Responsibility for continuous education by attending seminars, workshops and courses.

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or similar degree.

Three to five years working experience.

Experience with Microsoft Products, ERP Software, ACAD.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
