JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description:As the first line of technical leadership within the value stream, the Senior Production Engineer is responsible for reducing unplanned line losses & providing technical continuity within a value stream to enable consistent performance.
Has a strong conections and frecuently lead miltifuntional teams using EWP (engineering work process) methodologies.- Designs and manages preventive, predictive, corrective, MSE and other maintenance processes/programs.- Coordinates, participates, contributes, etc., in workshops, kazen's, root cause analysis, with the aim of providing a root solution to recurring and/or high-impact failures or problems.- Manages and controls the projects and annual budgets of its area of ??responsibility, and at the same time, proposes initiatives to generate savings.- Ensures that processes, equipment and facilities in your area of ??responsibility are safe to operate and have a sanitary design/construction- Take assignments to develop and execute specific projects within Supply- Participate with initiatives in the Sustainability program (SiG)What are we looking for?Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics EngineeringBackground in electrical and controls, paired with relevant project management experience may be considered.
