Engineering Manager

- Administration of the Engineering department which includes Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance and Product Engineering
- Develop and administration of the department budget
- Coordinate the technical information with the design, customers and suppliers groups
- Administration of the Capital Plan
- Develop and maintain the Preventive Maintenance
- Participate in the validation and approval of the installation of the new equipment
- Manage the plant's configuration managementResponsible for accuracy of BOM, Routing Material master data

Effectivity dates in the SAP system for all products
- Coordinate Engineering Changes Approval and Implementation (CPR Processing)
- Control of deviations
- Responsible for the Manufacturing quote response for CQRs
- Responsible to mange the critical issues meeting with design engineering
- Coordinate capacity expansion (project management, customer approval, etc)
- Select and purchase of the equipment for the test assembly

For this role we're requiring the following experiences:

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, electronic or electric engineer
- Knowledge of SPC, Deign, geometric dimensions and Tolerances
- Automotive experience is a must
- Excellent Problem Solving skills
- Strong decision making ability
- Self achiever/Starter
- Fluent English/Spanish

**Salary**: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
