Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS****Responsibilities**Define qualifications/skill-set of new hires to support Testing activities of Radar in Mexico.Define a training and ramp-up plan concept for Radar related to testing activities.Define, set up and procure all the needed software / hardware tools to support D&D Radar Testing activities.Ensure the execution of work packages in consistency with Hella standards, agreed customer milestones and testing budget KPI's.Define and conduct the yearly Cost Center planning for the associated Testing Radar local cost center.Define and conduct the yearly HC planning/hiring associated to the Testing Radar local cost center.Conduct the performance evaluation processes associated to the employees belonging to Testing Radar local cost center.**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS****Qualifications**Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Sciences or similar.5+ years of progressive responsibility in test engineering activities.3+ years of people management experience.Experience working directly with engineering teams.Ability to hire, coach and motivate a team of test engineers, passion for people management and mentor-ship.Excellent written and verbal communication and cross discipline collaboration skills.Strategic thinker who sees big picture opportunities and can identify cross functional synergies and dependencies.Positive attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.Take the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global, family-run company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.**HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.**Alfonso ChaconPhone:
