Required Skills:Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain the organization of documentsAttention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracyProficiency in EnglishAbility to effectively and efficiently prioritize multiple tasks and handle a heavy volume of workFlexibility and desire to create better and more efficiency in processesQualifications:Associate Degree, Bachelors preferredExperience studying, living, or working abroadMinimum one year of related relevant professional experienceResponsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Create individual program sessions on a cyclical basis for upcoming programs in a content management systemAdjust prices, dates, and deadlines in a content management systemAdd and remove sessions on website interface and content management systemUpdating new or changed program details in an external Advisor facing excelUpload Advisor facing excel to website interface weeklyUpdate and keep current Academic Directories (Terra Dotta, Abroad Office, Via TRM, Horizons)Maintain product information in the online directories.Translate any Spanish course syllabi to English.Update courses and dates on the ISA website.Prepare and email surveys to students per site and term for pre-departure, mid-point, and end of program evaluations. Pull the data and averages and share completed evaluations for the Program Manager to review and add commentary.Review and approve forms and uploaded documents, including the flight itinerary, photo, and passport copy. Follow up with Program Manager for students not arriving on the designated arrival day and time.Create and email out visa documents for students.Upload official electronic transcripts received and adjust student GPA and language level if applicable. Add additional documents, as necessary.Order insurance, copying the Program Manager, for all students at designated sites.Respond to correspondence and complete tasks from ISA Program and Regional Managers in a timely manner and as needed.Reach out to pending students via phone, email, and text, to advise them on missing application materials and help them get accepted to their programs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
