.**What you will do**The ERP Director Business Transformation is responsible in conceptualize, design, prototype and launch processes that would transform the business operation. It includes setting up of performance metrics, regular monitoring of processes, adequate training of resources, establishing communication channels with various internal/external teams for long terms' success.**Duties and Responsibilities**- Collaborating with the wider finance team and continuously monitoring internal structures and processes, identifying opportunities to maximize the potential of the organization structure, increase accuracy and efficiency among operations performed- Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness per stakeholder group leveraging data, leading interviews, and delivering highly engaging workshops- Automating and innovating across the finance spectrum- Partner with the sub process heads and regional leads to deploy the Finance Transition roadmap- Working closely with the finance systems and internal control teams to ensure the design and effectiveness of systems, processes and controls provide a strong and robust environment- Advise on plans and processes, and help implement artifacts and tools to enable the success of the Finance Transformation Program across business- Prioritization of activities and resource alignment- Help drive the execution of the program's change management strategy impacting people, business process and technology landscape- Conduct regular meetings with all stakeholders to track and communicate the project progress and seek alignment on changes to project scope- Help to define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress- Identify risk for activities under his/her scope, perform issue root cause analysis, advise on mitigating action and tracking to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
