.Job DescriptionThe ERP Functional Consultant is responsible for delivering implementation services to NetSuite customers in a post-sales context. Collaborating with the Consulting Delivery team, the role involves swiftly assessing customer needs, devising innovative solutions, and implementing them to ensure customer satisfaction. A key focus is helping customers optimize their business operations, continuously enhancing their satisfaction and loyalty. You'll work with tight timelines and manage a full customer portfolio.Career Level - IC3ResponsibilitiesProviding implementation services to new and existing NetSuite customers.Documenting and validating customer's business requirements and mapping them to NetSuite functionality.Configuring/customizing the NetSuite application to meet customer's business requirements.Conducting consulting sessions and documenting them with meeting minute summaries.Attending internal project meetings and providing status updates on progress of activities and deliverables.RequirementsExperience: Ideally, should have 5+ years' experience with a consulting firm or software provider, and 3+ years as ERP Functional Consultant role or similar. Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, SAP, NetSuite, Odoo, Sage, Acumatica, Infor or Microsoft Dynamics 365.Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or Management Information Systems. A master's degree or post-graduate is a plus.Soft Skills: The consultant should have strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to establish credibility and rapport with stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor communicating effectively with functional and technical stakeholders.Additional Qualifications (Nice To Have)Contribution to Delivery Excellence: Contributes to delivery excellence by documenting solutions best practices and participates in the NetSuite SME program. Also supports the sales cycle when needed.Continuous Education: Contribute to internal knowledge base and stay updated with new product upgrades.Problem Solving: The consultant can handle most situations independently and has a passion for customer service, skilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and implementing solutions in the NetSuite environment.
