Execute and support the activities assigned by the SSV for the development of the projects that will be located in the A1,A2 of Plastic shop related with current models and new products, focused on plastic injection process. With the responsibility of achieving the quality, cost and time objectives established for the process and the final product (KPI), through the correct activity deployment with all related areas of the plant (Production, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Production Control, Handling Material), using methods and analysis based on NISSAN standards for problem solving.
Administration of specification, quotation purchase, and commissioning of new equipment, tooling, and injection molds for minor and full changes in the NMEX Plastics area. Facilities and tools for the BMPR Injection area in NISSAN A1, A2 Plant.
To lead and deploy projects related at Cost/Benefit in order to improve the plant performance and assure the NPV target. Assure the competitiveness of MFG function through the proper volume balance coming from Production Markets demand to NMEX MFG Plants for plastic process in A1 & A2 plant facilities.
Job ResponsibilitiesActive leadership profile for new equipment, tools & process preparation coordination at Plant team.Perform strong communication between related new equipment departments Internal & External (NML, NNA).Develop and implement support as road block remover for negotiations between all Nissan departments.Process establishment in plastic shop [Injection] to guarantee the quality to all NMEX products applying.Follow up complex Engineering concern related at new and carry over models until its implementation at production line ensuring no negative impact in the QCT performance.Job Knowledge and SkillsLanguage: English (Minimum 300 TOEIC).Travel %: Occasionally (40%).Must have: Teamwork, Personnel Management, Responsible, Proactive, Organized, Planning and Leadership.Nice to have: Learning, Self-confidence, Initiative, Adaptability, Personal motivation.Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, AutoCad, Solidworks.Competencies: Problem solving, Communication, Decision Making and Business Awareness.Years of ExperienceN/A
