Position PurposeImplement and follow up on the training and business development plans and programs established for AutoZone de México. Promote and evaluate the continuous improvement of AutoZoners through a teaching-learning process of technical and professional skills that contribute to their development and increase productivity in the execution of commercial and field module processes.Primary AccountabilitiesPlanning, implementing, maintaining, and evaluating training programs and follow the KPIs aligned with the commercial strategy of the company. Coordinates, facilitates, manage, monitors, and evaluates effectiveness of training efforts and implements corrective action as necessary.Works with the commercial support team to ensure that regional training needs are identified. Design, plan, align and execute an annual training plan that ensures standardization of MX commercial training processes across all regionsDevelop, implement, update, design and improve online courses and face-to-face training programs. Coordinates the logistic with the regional trainers and the SRCM.Have direct contact with different vendors in order to generate agreements, negociate discounts and to get the best possible option to meet all training needs.Work as liaison with operations support team to aligned the commercial training initiatives with the learning paths of the stores profesional positionsEducation & ExperienceLevel of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: Training Development, Adult Learning Strategies, Pedagogy, Psychology, CommunicationsYears of Experience: Two to three years.Type of Experience: Automotive Retail, Automotive Technical experience a real plus, E-learning, Programming and DesigningSpecial Certifications or Technical Skills: Extensive Excel, Office tools, Adobe Ilustrator advanced, Storyline2 advanced, ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0, Audio and Video knowledgeOther/Preferred: Problem solving, persuasion and relationship management skills are highly recommended#J-18808-Ljbffr
