Business Development Executive.
For Mexico and Central America this position is responsible to analyze, design and deploy the business development strategy model, assuring the AFM channel capabilities to support the current operation as well as future expectations with a focus on key strategic planning dimensions including geographic, channel, product, market expansion/growth, profitability, etc.
As well the Business Development Executive is responsible to analyze current operational issues that limit or are barrier to have a fluid or smooth operational process to attend our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leverage into our professionalization channel strategy update the wholesale channel program assuring our mainstream channel efficiency, capacity, adaptability, and profitability to our current commercial operation and the new market challenges ahead.
- Development and updating operational processes between Clarios and its distributor network as well as define and update the internal operating status of the distribution network.
- Update and redefine the process and services value that WS channel bid to other channels: Core Collection, last mile delivery, etc.
- Evaluate and update the University LTH as main platform to give training to our wholesale's distributors aligned with our professionalization channel strategy.
- Development in the main commercial events: round tables meetings, commercial summit, distribution convention.
- Develop and keep close relation with a pool of vendor related training, financial services, event services, etc
