The Role
We are looking for an Expense Analyst who will be part of this amazing and fast - growing Fintech. She / He will play a key role in the financial management of the organization by analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing various expenses. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the company's expenditures align with budgetary constraints and strategic objectives.
The role requires a meticulous approach to data analysis, financial modeling, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
What will I be doing?
- Collaborate with budget owners to develop and maintain accurate expense budgets
- Review and preparing monthly accruals and account reconciliations by cost center and departments to provide monthly reporting by Business unit.
- Support the presentation of comprehensive financial / expense reports, including variance analysis and trend assessments.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quarterly forecast and annual plan, providing guidance on realistic spending targets. Update financial models to support expense forecasting and planning activities.
- Support the Expense Manager to proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies for expense reduction. Work closely with department heads to implement cost-effective measures without compromising operational efficiency.

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, and/ or similar.
- No prior experience is required.
- Advanced Excel and Power Point management.
- Solid analytical and effective communication / presentation skills
- ERP management is a plus (preferably NetSuite).
- Data visualization tools is a plus (Power BI, Sisense, Google Data Studio)
- Accounting knowledge is a plus (Accrual process)
- Ability to communicate and manage relationship with all levels and work within a team environment.
