Experienced Bilingual Immigration Client Services

**Position Overview**:**Responsibilities**:- Engage with existing clients to provide support, updates, and information on our services.- Build rapport and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-up calls.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling messaging and campaigns.- Reach out to prospective clients to introduce our offerings and address inquiries.- Provide comprehensive information and guidance regarding immigration services offered by our company.- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and services provided.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client outreach and retention.- Stay updated on immigration policies, regulations, and industry trends to better serve clients.- Utilize social media platforms effectively to engage with clients, share updates, and promote services.**Requirements**:- Bilingual - English and Spanish.- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Law, International Relations, etc.).- Previous experience in sales or business development.- Proven experience in client services, preferably in the field of immigration law or services.- Strong understanding of US immigration- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-timeWork Location: Remote
