Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and Service Excellence in terms of order treatment & follow up.2. Ensure that customer orders being shipped and delivered on time.3. Support different departments as traffic, planning and 3PL.4. Define and order right transport capacities.5. Forecast validation vs purchase orders along with the planning team and clients.6. Handle customs laws and regulations.7. Elaborate Origin certificates.8. Optimize costs by improving load optimization.9. Issue the correct documentation for Export (Invoice, Packing List, OC).10. Check KPI´S with supplier's services.11. Elaborate reports of Fill Rate and OTIF.**Requisitos**:- Bachelor Degree in International Logistics, International Relation, International Business, Administration.- English Advanced- 3 years of experience working in Customer Service and Export.- International Free Trade Agreements- Incoterms.- Sales administration and logistics.- Good negotiation- Organizational skills.- High analytical- Self-driven- Good communicationInformación adicionalBIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
