Education:Electronic Engineering, Mecatronics or related fieldEnglish 85%Electronics processes, Radio Frequency, Optical Networks and quality knowledge.Experience:Experience in electronic repair processes, telecommunications projects.
Skills:Basic understanding of English to read and understand technical documentation and participate in conferences (minimum English 70%).Balance and capacity analysis.Knowledge in optical fibers, solderability process.Medium or high level of Excel or Google Sheets.Necessary knowledge in handling measuring equipment (Multimeter, Oscilloscope, LCR, Spectrum Analyzer).Fault definition method.Personal Attributes:Leader, proactive, able to work under pressure.Teamwork and high level of analysis.Schedule availability.Responsibilities:Project leader, participate in NPI, capacity analysis.Supervise technicians.Participate in CIT meetings and improvement projects (Kaizen, 6sigma).Contact customers for technical issues.Critical debug of high aging units and complex products with low yield.Daily internal communication with work groups.Generation of FAR for case documentation.Support for diagnostic technicians.
