.**What will you do?**- Schedule and coordinate face to face technical interactions with customers.- Deliver technical presentations that complement Commercial Sales activities; participate in development of technical presentations with marketing; mentor junior FAS on effective delivery of presentations.- Lead troubleshooting on issues that arise related to end-user's technical skills, cell line, media and feed selection and optimization, experiment design and interpretation of results for media development/optimization process; document key information to facilitate learning across team; coach other FAS.- Provide proactive consulting to customers on workflow improvements; influence key opinion leaders.- Facilitate efficient communication between commercial team and the CCCT business unit and production site.- Develop and deliver training programs and seminars to external customers to increase customer awareness of CCCT products and services.- Maintain awareness of competitor activities and innovations within our accounts, and the marketplace generally, ensuring that relevant information is circulated within our organization in an effective and timely manner.- Participate in key industry conferences; gather knowledge and bring back to team; develop leads for commercial team; where possible, deliveroral / poster presentations; participate on panel discussions.- Use market and product knowledge to assist Commercial Teams in developing sales, marketing and customer account sales strategies.- Provide competitive product/market reports and regular feedback on customer needs and satisfaction to internal stakeholders (Product Management, Marketing, etc.).- Mentoring and training others with less experience- Lead equipment and product evaluation and able to analyze data and collect necessary VOC.**How will you get here?****Education**- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering) or equivalent experience required- Masters or PhD degree preferred**Experience**- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in within the Biotech, Biologics, Life Sciences, and/or Biopharmaceutical industries in a technical, engineering, or manufacturing capacity and ideally with experience using Thermo Fisher Scientific products and systems.**Knowledge Skills and Abilities**- Selection and positioning of catalog products in technical discussions on upstream processing challenges and solutions.- ** Travel**:Approximately 50%- within Latin & South America; international travel may be required.- ** Language **:Speaks Spanish and/or Portuguese & English- Media and feed selection and optimization in upstream process development.- Cell-line selection in upstream process development.- Lead technical qualification and recommendation of best fit Gibco PD-Express Services for upstream process development
