Field Operations Inspector -Temporary

Produce Pay is disrupting an industry by providing a technology-driven solution to a critical on-farm need.**Responsibilities**:- The Site Visit Inspector will be in charge of evaluating fields and monitoring them once the grower is enrolled with our company.- You will perform site visits of our potential client's fields to validate the feasibility of the project- Monitor farms and analyze the status of the operation- Create client visit reports- Collaborate with other team members across the company- Advise clients to improve performance and outcomes of their operations- This is a temporary role for 2 months.**Requirements**:- Must have your own car to visit farms- Agricultural Engineer or Agronomist degree- English comprehension- Experience using Office 360- Good People Skills- At least 3 years of experience with fresh produce crops, field and farm operations, and packaging process.- Live in Sonora, México (it is not mandatory to live in Hermosillo)**Benefits**- Competitive salary.
