Come have a seat at our table.What You Will Do in This Role:The administrative field sales operations team lead will be accountable for the planning, forecasting and control of the budget as well as administering Salesforce and employee's monthly bonus payment calculation. This position gives support to the Field Sales Operations National Manager, attending special assignments and supervising the regional manager's execution and team performance. This position is also responsible for optimizing routes, guiding teams to achieve the best results under the current structure and Brown Forman´s strategy.What You Will Experience:- Budget control (A&P & SG&A)- Budget planning and forecasting (A&P & SG&A)- Employee´s monthly bonus calculation.- Salesforce app management and control.- Support FSO manager. Travel and do on-site Operations Regional Managers training and supervision at least once market visit per month and one visit per year for each Operations Regional Manager.- Resources optimization (technological, human and financial). Analyze data and suggest the best use of resources to achieve maximum results.- Spartan Academy Moodle management. As a director of the Spartan Academy training platform, this position must maintain actualized information and updated training courses focused on 360-degree team development.- Agencies management. keep agency's negotiations updated and in accordance with B-F Mexico policies.- Responsible for the Field Sales Operations department´s purchase process (A&P & SG&A).- Secure solution and control of all HR agencies issues.
