Descripción Organize and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure optimal asset performance.Coordinate field activities for preventive and corrective maintenance.Dispatch internal experts or vendors under O&M contracts.Supervise asset performance from both energy and O&M perspectives.Coordinate interactions with OEM for warranty issues, manage RMA requests, and handle spare parts inventory. Perfil buscado 5 to 10 years of industry experience (Renewable Energy, Utilities, Solar and Storage, EAAS).Experience in customer support management and field services.Knowledge and experience with tools like CMMS, ERP, BTGO, case management, and monitoring platforms.Understanding of O&M in the renewable energy industry and DER, particularly behind-the-meter.Understanding of PV, storage, generators, and electrical distribution.Technical knowledge of digital architectures, IoT connectivity, and connected products.Practices associated with field services (scheduling, dispatch), preventive and corrective maintenance, and customer journey mapping.Must have a valid visa and possess advanced English proficiency. Qué Ofrecemos Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 + benefits above the mexican law.Hybrid: work from home 2 to 3 days per weekRegular international travel.Flexibility in working hours due to different time zones
