Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing company financial policies and procedures and ensure comprehensive implementation.
- Responsible for developing the company's annual budget, monitoring budget execution, and making improvement suggestions.
- Manage the preparation and submission of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate financial audit work, work with auditors to conduct audits, and promptly rectify issues identified during audits.
- Responsible for managing the company's accounts, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, etc.
- Assist in handling the company's tax affairs, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and timely payment of taxes.
- Coordinate with other departments, including procurement, sales, human resources, etc., to ensure coordination and cooperation between financial operations and other departments.
- Timely understand and analyze financial data, provide financial reports and analysis, and provide support and recommendations for company decision-making.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- 3 or more years of experience in financial management or related work, experience in multinational companies is preferred.
- Familiar with financial regulations and accounting standards, with solid financial analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Fluent in English, able to communicate in written and spoken English, with a certain level of cross-cultural working ability.
