Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.Responsibilities:Function effectively within a multi-disciplinary engineering project team and ensure delivery of a process solution that meets the required outcomes and budget.Assess innovation opportunities.Identify new sources of growth, including new value propositions.Optimize business and operating models.Simplify organizational structures.Create industrial-strength franchise processes.Collaborate with business and function managers to identify significant opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.Develop compelling executive presentations that recommend and persuade specific courses of action for decision makers.Develop and maintain rigorous project plans and manage tactical project needs, including resource requirements, relationship management, and task management.Develop and share best practices and lessons learned across the enterprise.Perform other duties and functions as assigned.Drive qualitative and quantitative analysis, addressing ambiguity in available data and input.Formulate hypotheses and identify actionable insights that challenge the status quo.Independently develop stand-alone portions of executive documents.Effectively communicate complex concepts to senior executive audiences.Build relationships with and influence senior stakeholders on path forward.Manage small teams, including productivity and business resources, to achieve results.Structure and execute own workstream; anticipate issues and put in place mitigation strategies; see dependencies and connectivity across workstreams.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:6-10 years experience in process engineering.Critical thinking and problem solving skills
