As a Finance Intern, you will review outstanding bills, contact Epicor clients, and work with them on resolving delinquent accounts. You will be responsible for maintaining customer accounts and reducing outstanding balances. We are seeking applicants with strong customer service skills, excellent phone communication, and a background in collections or accounting.
**What you will be doing**:
- Review outstanding bills and contact Epicor clients to resolve delinquent accounts.
- Maintain customer accounts and reduce outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with management to mitigate financial risks and improve forecast goals.
- Communicate with customers and document disputes following ESC Policies and Procedures.
- Provide strong customer service and excellent phone communication.
- Support internal and external customers with responsive and effective communication.
**What you will likely bring**:
- Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly forecast collections targets for assigned regions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and document disputes in line with ESC Policies and Procedures.
- Collaborative mindset to work with management on mitigating financial risks and improving forecast goals.
- Experience in maintaining customer accounts, reducing outstanding balances, and preparing accounts for collections.
