We monitor access to empower teams and we don't make any compromise with Data quality as data is our source of truth!**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**Based in Mexico City, the Finance Data Manager has an expert role in data management processes for our Finance Team, especially in the data quality management: creating and updating data, monitoring quality, contributing to data remediation actions and supporting the Finance Shared Service in leveraging data. With an extensive knowledge of data creation, purchase and usage at the Latin America level, you will enrich data referentials with local and regional specificities.**Reference Data Management**- Take ownership of managing and maintaining financial reference data within SAP platforms for the Latin America region. This includes creating and configuring cost centers, assessment cycles, General Ledger accounts, internal orders etc. assigning appropriate hierarchies and structures to accurately reflect the organization´s cost allocation and reporting needs.- Define and maintain the chart of accounts in SAP for the different social reasons in Latin America, ensuring consistency and compliance with accounting group standard. Update and modify accounts attributes, mappings, and hierarchies as needed.- Create and manage depreciation keys, assets under constructions, useful life span, and depreciation periods and methods ensuring the adherence to accounting principles and group standards.- Conduct periodic audits of financial reference data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Identify and rectify any discrepancies or error in the system. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve data-related issues and implement corrective actions and prevention plans to avoid new occurrence.**Process Improvement and Optimization**- Identify opportunities, best practices or new SAP functionalities that allow us to streamline any financial or accounting process.- Support the implementation of new projects that allows us to standardize processes across the Latin American countries to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the diverse financial and/or accounting processes.- Follow up, communicate, and work with the main stakeholder (countries, process owners etc.) to animate the compliance of the primary financial + accounting data KPI with the global target defined by our worldwide headquarters.**REQUIRED SKILLS****Hard skills**- Proven data orientation of 3-5 years of working experience with strong knowledge of SAP Financial modules- Good analytical skills, Business Process driven and tech savvy (Agile methods, underlying tools)- Fluency in English and in Spanish. Portuguese is a plus
