**What you'll do**
Business Operations is crucial to kinedu - we focus on providing the insight and structure that help the company drive sustainable growth. As a Finance & Strategy Specialist, you'll play a strategic role in planning and executing company objectives throughout the organization. This role will cover a variety of topics, including supporting in financial analysis, bookkeeping and strategic planning.
**Your responsibilities**
- Help with financial tasks such as: Month-end closing, Budgeting and Reporting
- Generate documentation for investors, team and advisors
- Analyze strategic decisions and proposals with a business mindset
- Manage team routines, generate insights and recommend improvements to our business
- Support with internal processes amongst cross-functional teams
- Help with the administration of Kinedu as a company
- Identify areas for financial improvement and develop strategies to improve the company's profitability.
- Assist the director of strategic projects in developing effective investment strategies that allow the company to grow and expand profitably.
- Identify and manage financial risks associated with projects and the company as a whole.
- Work closely with other departments in the company to ensure financial decisions are consistent with the company's overall objectives and strategies.
- Reporting on time and with quality to General Management and Team Leaders (effective communication)
- Develop and maintain an accurate and realistic budget for the company.
- Evaluate the financial performance of projects and provide detailed reports to the director of strategic projects to help them make informed decisions.
