Financial Analyst

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Assist in the preparation of the monthly reporting package for distribution of Executive Management team.- Work closely with members of Finance department to monitor financial performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of material variance relative to fiscal budget and prior year results.- Supports the Finance department in validation of financial data used in monthly fluctuation analysis to ensure compliance of internal controls.- Proactive in automating templates and models used in financial analysis and reporting.- Work on ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed.**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.- 2-3 years of financial analytical experience with strong knowledge of financial modeling.- General knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) preferred.- Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
