Your role at Clorox:
We are currently seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Financial Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing comprehensive financial support to the P&A Assistant Manager in managing operating expenses related activities in Mexico. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for value creation and maximize profitable share growth. Your responsibilities will include developing short, mid, and long-term plans for Mexico, as well as offering ongoing business analytical support for Mexico's P&L. In this role, you will:
- Lead the planning process for short, mid, and long-term OPEX forecasts in Mexico, conducting detailed analyses aimed at maximizing profitability. Place particular emphasis on ensuring the accuracy of quarterly forecasts, aligning with financial cycles and updating profit projections.- Consolidate Mexico's OPEX P&L data and spearhead monthly analysis of actual figures versus forecast for all P&L items. Coordinate with cross-functional partners to explain variances and implement measures to close any identified gaps.- Provide support for financially strategic projects aimed at driving profitable share growth. This includes activities such as assessing ROI, facilitating Good Growth sessions, and actively participating in SRM initiatives.- Serve as a steward for internal controls and accounting matters, ensuring the integrity of reporting and booking processes.

What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.- 2-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis in multinational companies with a background in the management and forecasting of operating expenses.-
- Intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented.
