**Job Listing Detail****Financial Analyst **for operations in Hermosillo JIT Plant (Hermosillo, Sonora)Lear Corporation is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.As a Financial Analyst you will be responsible to analyze prices and costs of the complete seat and by component to ensure the correct walking of the profit margin and timely communicate the variations to avoid risks in the results of the company.YOUR TASK WILL BE- Analysis and audits of BOM (Bill of Materials), validation of engineering changes- Timely updating of prices and costs in the system to minimize risks in conjunction with Shared Services- Preparation of Stock Status Reconciliation- Analysis of Purchasing Savings / Commodity with suppliers- Cost roll-up process- Responsible for coordinating physical inventory and waiver request if applicable- Analysis and price walking in all components so that they are 100% revised during the month- Constant communication with the commercial area to identify risks and opportunities in Lear vs. Ford prices- Validation and analysis of retroactive client and supplier.- Price/cost analysis in conjunction with Financial Analyst- 100% compliance in LPA / 5S audits and any other required- 12. Active participation in internal and external audits / FOA / SOX Certification, etc.- Teamwork to meet all financial goals 100% on deadlines- Active and timely participation in all corresponding plant initiatives- Solve problems of capacity, tolerance and materials related to quality incidents.TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED- Bachelor's Degree in General Accounting/Finance or Related- English 90%, knowledge of handling computer packages.- At least 3 years in the areas of General Accounting and Cost Accounting.- Cost Accounting / Inventory ControlLI-DNI
