- Bachelor'sDegree in Finance or Accounting
- 2+ years of relevantFinance/Accounting work experience with the ability to handle multiple topicsand manage time appropriately to be considered for a level 8 position.
- Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentwith tight deadlines to be able to successfully complete tasks as assigned inan efficient manner and within a reasonable amount of time
- work closely with various contactswithin an organization
**Your responsibilities**
- Responsiblefor the development of budgets, forecasts, monthly analysis of actual resultsand operational performance comparisons, including analysis of P&L andBalance Sheet
- Performdata collection for historical and trend analysis, cost center controllingincluding account reconciliations and journal entry postings
- Runlabor recoveries from SAP for all cost centers and set up, reconcile, andfinalize Resource Utilization Report and coordinate productivity trackingmeetings with team leads
- Coordinate,and participate in quarterly audit activities with Ernst & Young
- Supportthe team on ad-hoc analyses and special requests and contribute to conceptualand project work related to business controlling
