**Company Overview**:**Responsibilities**:- Support the procurement process, including but not limited to processing and approving purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner- Review and approve employee expense reports for accuracy and adherence to company policy- Perform various month-end and year-end accounting close activities, including but not limited to preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules- Ensure financial information and schedules are accurate and maintained in accordance with US GAAP- Perform various projects as needed**Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience working for US company- Bilingual English/Business Spanish (written and verbal) in a business setting- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in US accounting- Highly proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central software and Concur is a plus- Deep analytical skills and attention to detail; able to multi-task on multiple projects with varying deadlines- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills**An Equal Opportunity Employer**Age of Learning, Inc.
