Your Role and Responsibilities
Provides strategic, financial and operational feedback on how a business is performing, as well as develop and implement innovative process initiatives, deploy leading edge solutions which match our Client's tactical and strategic requirements. Professionals in this role have skills such as data extraction and collection, analysis, accounting, financial and management reports, understanding of key performance indicators, reconciliation of budgets, forecast, financial controls, and fixed assets, as well as business operations, process management and compliance, industry knowledge and a deep understanding of the process best practices and tools to execute their client's core business processes.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 5 - 8 years of experience in FP&A and accounting processes like data gathering building data bases, preparing financial and accounting reports to support forecast and budget cycles.
- Proficient English (B2+)
- Knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Basic Tax rules and basic understanding on internal control requirements and implications.
- Good analytical and numeric skills using spreadsheets and databases.
- Advance excel and MS Office management.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Problem solving and analytical.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- SAP and Tableau experience
- Python/RPA concepts
