Become to **Sr Financial Analyst**If you are inspired by our commitment to improving patient care, this role might well be what you have been looking for!Main responsibilities:- Analyze OPEX Performance per Area and by P&L line to provide explanations about variances versus Plan and Rolling Forecasts (LBE).- Create Annual Operating Plan regarding SG&A, by concept, by department. Including Direct, Fixed and Indirect Expenses.- Provide control and follow up regarding Expenses Accruals with the inputs of functional areas.- Create and share reports about OPEX performance with stakeholders.- Monthly meetings with Product Managers and BUMs for OPEX execution review.- Master data leader in terms of Cost Centers, Accounts Catalogue, Profits Centers, etc.- Constant communication with CFS to assure accurate bookings and generation of reports.- Create and follow up of Accruals Report (all relevant accruals). Including last 12 months balances and analyzing activity month by month.- Product Mix analysis and provide explanations versus Plan and Rolling Forecast (LBE).- Be aware and constant communication with EPO for unit costs variances.- Be aware and constant communication with Demand Planning for Distresses accruals, analyzing activity in accruals (main products and reasons).- Be aware and constant communication with EPO for unit SRV and Exchange variances impacting P&L.Decision Making- Decisions based in the operation such as Costs Centers selections or accounts to book an expense.- Not considerable as strategic key decision makerStakeholders-Sr. Financial Analyst reports to FP&A Manager, being a key role on this teams to provide accurate and on-time information.EducationBachelor's degree in business administration or in any Accounting,Economics,Engineering,Management/Business/international management,Chemistry,Biochemistry, Degree is also desirable.Minimum Experience Required:- At least 3 years of experience in the current positionTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Estacionamiento gratuito- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Vacaciones superiores a las de ley- Vales de despensaHorario:- Turno de 8 horas
