Professionals in this role have skills such as data extraction and collection, analysis, accounting, financial and management reports, understanding of key performance indicators, reconciliation of budgets, forecast, financial controls, and fixed assets, as well as business operations, process management and compliance, industry knowledge and a deep understanding of the process best practices and tools to execute their client's core business processes.Required Technical and Professional Expertise- Graduate degree in finance or accounting- 5 to 8 years relevant experience in FP&A processes and accounting processes.- Expert skill set of overall planning & forecasting processes; includes review of planning assumptions, perform complex analysis, partnership with business owners- Advanced excel and office management- Proficient English level- Strong oral and written skills- Ability to give effective presentations/Storytelling- Problem solving and analytical- Ability to influence stakeholders- SAP and Tableau experience is a plus- Position 100% based in Guadalajara- Working in hybrid modePreferred Technical and Professional Expertise- Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.- Provide accurate information to management while ensuring high standards of financial controls and analyzing and interpreting financial data- Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key financial metrics
