**World renowned Cellular Performance Institute looking for a financial controller.**
The Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana, is looking for a financial controller responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations, reporting, and compliance.
We are considered by many to be the world's premiere facility for stem cell treatments and manufacturing. Our weekly stream of clientele include professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB and more.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and manage the organization's budgeting process, including forecasting future financial performance based on historical data.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on analysis findings.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Identify and assess financial risks facing the organization, develop strategies to mitigate these risks, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Manage cash flow to ensure the organization has sufficient liquidity to meet its financial obligations and capitalize on investment opportunities.
- Oversee tax planning and compliance activities, ensuring the organization meets its tax obligations while minimizing tax liabilities.
- Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance financial reporting capabilities.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Communicate financial performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to internal stakeholders, including senior management and the board of directors.
**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
- Five or more years of experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager.
- Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis.
- Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with financial management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
- English proficiency.

- $5,000 USD gross monthly
