Financial Planner & Analyst

As experts in nearshore recruitment, **Cápita Works** specializes in connecting Mexican talent with exceptional long-term remote job opportunities in the US.We are searching for a standout **Financial Planner & Analyst** ready to excel in an international setting.**WE OFFER**- Monthly salary range of 48.000 to 55.000 MXN NET.- Monthly bonus of 2,000 MXN NET.- 12 vacation days after the first year.- Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO).- Free access to 1DOC3 (Healthcare app).- US holidays.- Remote work.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Work collaboratively with the finance team to develop and update the company's financial plan.- Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for management and the board of directors.- Monitor the company's budget and perform variance analysis.- Create clear and concise financial reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.- Perform ad hoc analysis to support the needs of the business.- Maintain and quantify risks and opportunities in business performance and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis.- Improve financial rigor around decision-making, including business cases for investments and new markets and business lines.- Identify opportunities to improve business and financial processes.**REQUIREMENTS**- A professional background in Software as a Service (SaaS) companies or consumer subscriptions (similar to Pray) **is required.**:- A professional background in e-commerce (digital transactions) or investment banking **is acceptable.**:- 3-5 years of experience working with US GAAP financial statements **is required.**:- Experience working with financial statements (P&L, income statements, budgeting and forecasting, balance sheets) **is required.**:- Experience working with performance marketing **is preferred.**:- Ability to create reports with graphs and charts using Tableau or PowerBi **(required).**:- Advanced English (it doesn't matter if you have an accent).**SCHEDULE**- Monday to Friday (8:00 to 16:00 or 9:00 to 17:00 PST).Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month**Experience**:- US GAAP financial statements: 3 years (required)- data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Inglés avanzado (required)Work Location: Remote
