**Job Description Summary**: Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for GE Gas Power at GEIQ to Corporate, and serve as partner for the site's business leaders. Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES, including items such as:- Invoices processing & accounts receivable collection- Monthly billing for Vernova- Clear accounts payable open items- Purchase requisition review and approval.- Elaborate plan estimates by business- Invest for value- Budget Review Phase I & Phase II, including the tracking of fixed asset movements and forecast depreciation schedules- Quarter forecast- Balance sheet reviews and variance analysis month over month.- Lead in interfacing with GE Vernova's parent Finance team and external auditors for all financial requestsGOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS, including items such as:- Power of attorney for SAT (Tax Authority) requests (VAT, E-accounting, Income Tax)- Annual Transfer Price Functional Analysis- Annual Forecast expenses report for Hedges contracts- Monthly cash flow report analysis for hedges performance- My Payments authorization for suppliers and tax requests- Annual tax filling analysis for LE- Profit sharing analysis for LE- Own authorized signature for financial statements with Secretary of Economy- Support government auditsSAVINGS IDENTIFICATION ACTIVITIES, including items such as:- Prepare periodic estimates for HQ team- Monthly pacing for Gas Power- On demand pacing for Digital- P&L execution tracking by account & by owner & by business- Monthly Bullet Train review & reporting by account owner- Cost savings calculation & tracking by account & by ownerSEPARATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE project, including items such as:- Lead Finance efforts in Separation Management Office for GE Gas Power at GEIQ- Deep dive to manage GEIQ expense balance composition (accounts structure)- Deep dive on GEIQ organization, operation & control budgets execution to facilitate ERP migration- Lead & support GEIQ Vernova financial transition & implementation to the new ERPLEAD, PARTICIPATE AND SUPPORT in different projects in the organizationLegal right to work in México.
