About the RoleJoin TD SYNNEX as a Financial Solutions Specialist, where you will research and market financial solutions to assigned customers and accounts, promoting TD SYNNEX Capital's business.
Your responsibilities will include customer engagements, quote follow-up, pipeline management, and providing education on financial solutions and promotions.What You'll Do Act as a primary point of contact for managing and growing relationships with assigned customers.
Engage customers to identify their needs and promote financial solutions.Create and deliver financial solutions using appropriate tools and technical knowledge to configure, price, quote, and process requests effectively.Provide education and technical guidance on product alternatives, cross-references, and support regarding TD SYNNEX Capital financial solutions.Build and maintain customer relationships to effectively market a broad range of TD SYNNEX Capital's financial solutions.Negotiate terms such as pricing, structuring, and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial results.Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and vendors to resolve pre-sales issues such as credit and documentation, escalating issues when necessary.
