As one of our five cornerstones, this means that we go all-out to create an environment that shows we are committed to investing in employee growth and creating a culture of belonging where employees want to build a lasting career.Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Monitors on site inventory control and vendor usage.Reports daily, weekly, and monthly on shop performances.Monitors vendor invoices and works directly with AP to maintain accounts.Works directly with repair orders and shop personnel workflow.Sets up road repair for outside vendor repairs.Works with drivers for on-road break downs.Works with suppliers on costs for parts.Coordinates moving of equipment between sites for repairs.Monitors service maintenance, training requirements, and implementation for shop personnel.Job Specifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required.Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills.5-10 years of experience in transportation.Class A CDL and ability to obtain medical card preferred.Working Conditions:Ability to lift parts and materials.Recipe for Success: Reser's is the leading provider of fresh refrigerated deli salads, side dishes, and prepared foods for the supermarket, club store, and food service industries.
