Our coworking space is based in Mérida, Mexico. The Flight Travel Agent will process airline tickets from booking to service, providing excellent customer support for any air travel related issues.Your main responsibilities will include:Processing reservations and issuing airline tickets via GDS (Amadeus) and resellersHandling reservation changes/cancellations with customersManaging reservation changes/cancellations with airlines/IATAProviding customer support by phone and through forms for all air transportation-related queries.
