POSITION OBJECTIVE
Create, update and follow up PFMEA for productive areas, using as a base AIAG manual. Important part of a team together with all business units to support the risk analysis for the operations in BRP and to assure the product and process quality out of the plant. Maintain PFMEA alive with periodical updates based on historical data coming from quality indicators.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work on a environment that prevents accident and reduce risks for the employees while ensuring operation legal compliance
Responsible to evaluate new product / projects quality for all the products and business units
Leader of PFMEA strategy to assure all the products quality
Creation, update and follow up PFMEA
Communicate Top Risk evaluations and define action plan with multidisciplinary team
Perform periodic keep alive evaluation considering the historical quality data
Communicate PFMEA strategy using Steering Committee
Identify and communicate opportunity areas to influence on Problem Solving Process
Keep communication with R&D, IE, NPD for New Product evaluation
Evaluate and communicate ECRs process
Participate on risk analysis for new projects development

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering
**Experience**:
Min. 2-years experience in production or support areas related
**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
**English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
