Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Foundry Trainer** to join our team!
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Conduct training and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
- Develop, organize, and conduct training and educational programs for approved personnel.
- Establish and review course content and objectives for a well-integrated and unified OSINT training program.
- Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
- Update course documentation on a regular basis for timeliness and relevance.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Bachelors & 2+ years of experience or Masters Degree
- Ability to plan, develop, and implement technical product training programs for customers, employees, and field support personnel, including standard repeatable modules, customized modules, and new product modules.
- Knowledge of customer and technical organizations, engineering, software, and product requirements to prepare training programs.
- Skills to prepare lesson plans and training materials; design product demonstrations; develop course content; determine methodology; and coordinate the development of training aids. Skills to conduct training sessions, conduct product demonstrations, and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
