Job Description: Financial Analysis Sr. Analyst I-T2 is responsible for the collection, compilation, analysis, and reporting of financial information for the business decision-making processes, as well as for preparing presentations and making suggestions to the management.

Advanced degree in accounting, administration or other similar qualification+5 years in Financial Planning and AnalysisProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)What will be your key responsibilities? Period close activities, including management reporting with insights, ad-hoc analysis, and requests from Global stakeholdersPrepare and be part of the S&OP Step 4 bringing business diagnosis & trends to allow proper decision-making; coordinate with local S&OP team, Supply Finance, Cash Community, and Overheads to ensure process deliverables and correct financial shapingCoordinate team to ensure AEP and RePlan inputs to ensure deliverables timely and with qualityP&L scenario modeling to evaluate different triggers to mitigate risks or capture opportunitiesPerform ad-hoc analysis depending on market current situation, including innovation feasibilityWhat can you expect from Mars?
