**Description du poste**:The Front Office Tooling Engineer is responsible for the calibration, maintenance, and management of tooling and measurement test equipment.
This role ensures that all operational tools are available, in optimal condition, and accurately calibrated.
The engineer will also support dimensional inspection processes, program and operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and ensure that measurement systems are robust and reliable.
**Description compl?mentaire**:- Schedule regular maintenance and calibration activities to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.- Maintain accurate records of calibration, maintenance, and inspection activities for all equipment.- Perform dimensional inspections and ensure that parts and components meet specified tolerances.- Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for dimensional verification and inspection tasks.- Manage the use and accuracy of measurement systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve tooling or measurement-related issues.
**Exigences du poste**:- Strong technical skills related to tool and equipment calibration, measurement equipment, and dimensional inspection.- Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programming and operation.- Proficient in the use of measurement systems and equipment (e.G., micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.
).- Knowledge of Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in measurement and inspection processes.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
