As the** Full Charge Bookkeeper (Part-Time)**, will thrive in a dynamic environment and bring accounting knowledge, accuracy, and a commitment to excellence in their work.

This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.

**What You'll Do**:

- Conduct comprehensive management of full cycle accounting activities, ensuring complete and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Code and enter vendor expense invoices, checking for accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Manage all facets of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including the meticulous preparation and issuance of invoices to clients and timely collection of payments.
- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, performing regular reviews and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Process employee timesheets and payroll, ensuring accurate wages, tax withholdings, and employee benefits calculation.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, providing insightful information to clients for informed decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with team members to streamline accounting processes and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy.

**What You Need**:

- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, etcStrong business acumen and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Skilled in managing Accruals and Journal Entries
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial information.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and effectively juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial statements and reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building strong client and team relationships.
- Experience with US Sales Tax filings (Nice to have)
- Experience in both service businesses and physical inventory businesses (inventory). (Nice to have)
- US GAAP (Nice to have)

**Salary & Benefits**:

- This is a part-time (10 hours per week), long-term position.
- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
