In some instances, they may fabricate new molds by analyzing blueprints, sketches, models, and engineering or shop specifications. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.What your background should look like:Preparatoria, Carrera tecnica, Ingenieria
- 2-3 años en puesto similar como mínimo
- Conocimientos en Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo para moldes de inyección de Plástico, cambios de insertos a los moldes, mantenerlos limpios y en buenas condiciones.
- Conocimientos en electricidad, hidráulica y neumática.
- Conocimientos en creación de 3D model en Solidworks/Mastercam/CAD software.
- Conocimiento interpretación de dibujos, calculación con trigonometría.
- Conocimientos de programación y manejo de máquinas de CNC y convencionales.
- Fabricar partes, fixturas a través de las máquinas y herramientas (torno, rectificadora, fresadora)
- Conocimiento de soldadura preferiblemente TIG, MIG, soldadora de arco.
