Doximity is looking for a General Ledger Team to play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records of the organization, by ensuring accuracy and compliance with established accounting principles.**Responsabilities**:- Perform daily general ledger functions (recording and posting journal entries, account reconciliations, and adjusting entries)- Maintain and reconcile various general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and internal policies- Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and manipulate financial data, creating reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the accurate and timely completion of month-end close procedures- Help Sarbanes Oxley team with IT Audit projects- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements- Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring the completion of audit requests- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows for increased efficiency and effectiveness- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed**What we're looking for**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables and data visualization tools)- Familiarity with accounting software (Quickbooks, Netsuite or similar)- Knowledge of US GAAP- Excellent English communication skills**Benefits**:- Work from home- Features above the law- Excellent work environment**Salary**: $30,000.00 per month**Experience**:- US GAAP: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
