As a result, we provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.**Partner with the Best**:As a General Operations Support, you will support the operations managing the transactions with third party vendors for the provision of non-inventory, rental and services agreement or order.As General Operations Support you will be responsible for:- Requesting RFQ to procurement.- Following up with RFQ to ensure fast response and the correct material as requested by PL.- Following up with PO with vendors (non-inv and rental/services) and material team (inventory).- Creating SAP PR non-inv and rental/services.- Managing, controlling and optimization the SOH list of materials from third party for using with different SDC (assing, restock, release to WWI)- Searching and requesting materials from WWI.- Generating GR for rental/services and non-inventory (SAP & ARIBA).- Working with logistics to ensure proper shipping to Mexico customs.- Requesting national shipping for materials with vendors.- Confirming critical services and materials availability with third part.- Working with vendors for delay rig schedule or operating program.- Working with procurement for PO corrections and added freight.- Contributing to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team.- Discussing consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the organization.**Fuel your passion**:To be successful in this role, you will:- Have a bachelor's degree or related studies- Full English proficiency- At least two years of experience working with suppliers, vendors, management of third parties- Demonstrate negotiation skills and good communication**Work in a way that works for you**:We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
