In this role, you will plan, execute and integrate a range of communications activities including content development, publishing, measurement and other operations in coordination with other teams and stakeholders both internal and external. You also plan and execute Public and Government Affairs activities to advocate for Mondelez International's interests and coordinate a range of related transactions or communications with the public and government officials.
**How you will contribute**
You will design and deliver outstanding media relations, government affairs, and internal communications and community engagement campaigns across markets. This role will require you to think globally and collaborate with colleagues from around the world to share best practices. You will also promote the latest innovations and investments in the market to keep our people engaged in the transformation and to partner with government officials so we can make changes to our operating model and ways of working. In addition to these contributions, you will manage all aspects of communications channels; nurture relationships with Tier 1 corporate media; drive news coverage that promotes Mondelez International; support local leadership and their teams, stakeholders and other functions internal communications activities, and ensure that activities are delivered within budget.

**Más acerca del rol**:
- El Gerente de comunicación y cultura tiene focos muy importantes que lleva a cabo desde la rama de HR pero más orientado a la comunicación.
- Se encarga de todo lo que es la comunicacion tanto para personal administrativo como del personal sindicalizado. Lleva a cabo, junto al equipo, la estratégia anual de comunicación.
- Tambien, lidera el proceso de reconocimientos para el personal en planta y administrativo. Y lidera todo lo que es engagement en el personal.
- Es un rol ligado a HR pero mas orientado a la comunicación, formas de comunicar y la innovación en la comunicación.
**Requerimientos**:
- Licenciado en comunicación, recursos humanos, administración, o afín.
- Experiência en comunicación organizacional, employer branding.
- Experiência trabajando en planta.
- Experiência en el control y manejo de budget de un equipo para llevar a cabo acciones.
- Buscamos a una persona creativa, innovadora y proactiva.
- Paquetería office
- Conocimiento en herramientas de diseño (must)
- Ingles avanzado
